Account Inc. was incorporated in May 2006 as a joint venture between the founding partner of Tan and Shan Management Services and Pacific Healthcare Holdings Ltd – a leading healthcare service provider listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange on 11th November 2005.Together with approximately 30 unrelated companies and close to 85% of the Group as clients and working partners, Account Inc now provides financial services plus a wide range of value-added services to almost 80 companies that conduct business in Singapore as well as in Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, and China.

The Company’s unique corporate structure allows each and every client to have a close relationship with a dedicated finance team, either on or off-site, which eliminates the costs involved in training and managing an in-house finance team.
